Boyle Heights is comprised of four sections, each of which is represented by and Area Representative from the Neighborhood Committee. Area Representatives assist in the awareness of available City resources and services and act as a conduit between the BHNC Board and the Boyle Heights neighborhood, assisting in community outreach, and bringing neighborhood issues to the attention of the Board.
